Brandini Barolo Base 2015 emanates from the illustrious terroirs of La Morra, specifically from two small but remarkable vineyards: Marmo, a southwest-facing plot nestled at 300 meters above sea level, and San Bartolomeo, positioned at a higher altitude of 450 MASL with a south-facing exposure. These parcels, each less than 0.3 hectares in size, yield a wine that reflects the unique characteristics of these distinct micro-terroirs. With only 250 cases crafted, this Barolo DOCG highlights the limited production and exceptional quality of this offering.

Embracing organic farming practices, the grapes are treated with utmost care. The wine is crafted through native yeast fermentation in stainless steel tanks, ensuring a true expression of the grapes' essence. Following a meticulous three-week maceration period, it undergoes a patient aging process for two years in Slavonian oak barrels varying in size from 20 to 60 hectoliters. This aging imparts depth and refinement to the wine. Finally, before release, it further matures for 6 to 8 months in the bottle, culminating in a harmonious and finely aged Barolo that encapsulates the allure of La Morra's exceptional vineyard sites.
