Red Good Wine is operated by GENOMA OPEN SOURCE DESIGN COMPANY LLC ("we", "us"). It is built to run on as little personal data as it can. This page explains, in plain English, what we handle and why. It is general information, not legal advice.
We use strictly necessary cookies: the age gate, your sign-in session, your cart if you add one of our own products, a CSRF token that protects forms from forged requests, and, while the site is in private preview, a preview-access cookie. If analytics are enabled they are configured without advertising features, and we do not load them when your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal. The cookie policy lists each one.
We use it to gate alcohol content to adults, prevent fraud and abuse, answer your messages, send the alerts you asked for, and understand which listings and shops are useful. If you buy one of our own products, we also use it to ship and support your order.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as California law defines those terms. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer anything about you. See your privacy choices.
Our hosting, database and email providers and, for orders of our own products, our payment processor and the carrier that delivers your order, each only to the extent needed to provide the service. We do not send your personal details to the shops you click through to. We may disclose information when the law requires it.
Age confirmations and click records are kept as long as needed for the purposes above. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. You can delete your account at any time.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what the law lets us delete. Depending on where you live, including California and other states with privacy laws, you may also have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your data (we do neither), to limit the use of sensitive data (we do not use it that way), and to appeal a decision we make about your request. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. To make a request, write to [email protected] or use the contact form. We confirm your identity by email before acting, and you may use an authorized agent.
This site is for adults 21+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger, and we delete it if we learn we have.
