These terms cover your use of Red Good Wine (redgoodwine.com), which is operated by GENOMA OPEN SOURCE DESIGN COMPANY LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Red Good Wine is a price-comparison and discovery site for wine, beer, spirits, zero-proof drinks and pantry goods. We list products from independent shops with the prices we last saw and link to each shop. When you choose "Where to buy", you leave our site and buy from that shop, under its terms, its age checks, its shipping and its returns. We are not a party to that sale.
Red Good Wine does not hold a retail alcohol license and does not sell, ship or deliver alcohol to consumers. Wine, beer and spirits are sold by independent licensed retailers, which are responsible for their licenses, for verifying age and for where they can legally ship.
A few non-alcohol products are our own, like Ca' Montalbano L'Eccellenza olive oil. They are sold by GENOMA OPEN SOURCE DESIGN COMPANY LLC and shipped within the United States only. Prices are in US dollars, and shipping and any tax are shown at checkout before you pay. We may decline or cancel an order, for example when a product is out of stock or a price is shown in error, and we refund any payment for it in full. Our shipping and returns policy applies to these orders.
Sales to licensed businesses (trade and wholesale) are made by GENOMA OPEN SOURCE DESIGN COMPANY LLC under separate trade terms, only to licensed businesses and only where the law allows. They are not offered through this site's consumer pages. See For business.
Wine, beer and spirits content on this site is for adults aged 21 or older, and we ask you to confirm your age before you browse it. Retailers you visit through our links verify your age themselves before they sell or deliver alcohol.
Listings are gathered from public information and from the shops themselves. Prices, availability and shipping can change at the shop at any time; the shop's own site is what counts. Ranking on Red Good Wine is based on relevance, price and availability; shops do not pay to appear or to rank higher. See how Red Good Wine works. If something in a listing is wrong, tell us and we will fix or remove it.
Signing in is optional. If you sign in with Google we store your email address so your saved items and alerts follow you. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from the account page.
Product names, producer names, labels and trademarks belong to their owners and are used to identify the products the shops sell. Red Good Wine is independent and is not affiliated with the shops or producers it lists unless it says so. Our descriptions and the site's design are ours. Product details are provided in good faith and may contain errors. To report content you own, see report a listing or request a takedown.
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, Red Good Wine is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or of a shop you reach through it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Please drink responsibly.
