Red Good Wine does not sell or ship alcohol. Most products on Red Good Wine link to the independent shop that sells them, and that shop handles shipping and returns. A few products are our own, and for those this page is our policy.
The independent licensed retailer you buy from takes your payment, verifies your age, ships the order where the law allows and handles returns and refunds, under its own policies. Contact that retailer about an order: its details are on its site and in its order confirmation.
Any product with a "Where to buy" button is sold by the shop you choose. That shop handles payment, shipping and returns under its own policies. Each listing shows whether a shop ships to your state when the shop has told us; the shop's own site is what counts.
Our own products, like Ca' Montalbano L'Eccellenza olive oil, are sold and shipped by Red Good Wine within the United States. They carry an "Add to cart" button, and none of them contain alcohol.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and its packaging. We will send a replacement or refund your payment for that item.
For food safety, we cannot accept returns of food products, even unopened, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong as described above.
Refunds go back to the payment method you used, usually within 5 to 10 business days of our approval, depending on your bank.
For an order of our own products, write to [email protected] or use the contact form and include your order number. If a listing on Red Good Wine is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will fix it.
